Amazing service . Quick to pick up call and visited the same day to evaluate the situation. Dan understood the urgency and sent over one of his engineer Jack who fixed a new cylinder for us. Awesome as they are local to Maidenhead. I was impressed with the work done by Jack that was neat and he checked everything to see we were happy. Highly recommend them, I am sure going to recommend them to all my local friends.

When something goes wrong and the house goes cold it's very reassuring to know that Dan will soon be round to get things sorted. On this latest occasion it was a quick and simple fix which, to his great credit, Dan didn't try to make into something bigger and also explained how to fix myself if it were to happen again. I'm a pretty sceptical person but I trust Dan.

Dan had serviced our previous boiler which had served us well for 25 years - however on this occasion he intimated that its demise was fairly imminent - consequently we agreed to replace it.
